All celebrants must RSVP for the event no later than April 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific time.

We recommend formal attire (suit, tux, formal wear) as there will be pictures taken during the event. This event will also be live-streamed.

If you are scheduled to work on the day of the event, please discuss it with your manager. They will work with you directly on your schedule and will make reasonable accommodations.

Legends will automatically have the option to stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington Hotel the night of the event on May 14, 2026. Please confirm your intent to stay as part of your registration. Out-of-town guests will have the option to stay the night of May 14, 2026, at the same hotel if selected during the registration process. Registrations requesting hotel accommodations must be submitted by April 23, 2026.

Alaska Airlines will offer accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington for one night, on May 14, for all honorees. If you are traveling from a work location or base where the flight schedule in and out does not allow arrival in time for the event, an additional night will be provided on May 13. These decisions will be on a case-by-case basis, per request. Please email Special.Events@alaskaair.com with your request for consideration. You may choose to stay additional nights at your own expense. Please contact the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington directly to check on availability and rates.

The hotel does not offer a shuttle from the airport. For those traveling to the event, we recommend you use a transportation service such as Uber. Lisa Carlson will send two Uber codes to each Legend to your company email.

We will provide valet parking for one vehicle at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington for each Legend honoree. Please indicate on your RSVP if you will need valet parking for the evening. Parking for additional vehicles will be at your own expense.

If traveling to Seattle for this event, go to Fly and list as Business, Positive Space/Non-Bumpable, following normal booking procedures.  

Legend honorees will receive Special Events credits in your Fly account for three personal guests (non-employees), should they be traveling to Seattle for the Legends event. These credits can only be used for travel to/from this special event. Click here for instructions on how to book using these Special Event credits.  

Employee guests (the three co-workers you invite) should book their travel using Business, Positive Space/ Non-Bumpable, following normal procedures using Fly.
