All celebrants must RSVP for the event no later than April 23 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific time.

We recommend formal attire (suit, tux, formal wear) as there will be pictures taken during the event. This event will also be live-streamed.

If you are scheduled to work on the day of the event, please discuss it with your manager. They will work with you directly on your schedule and will make reasonable accommodations.

We are offering room accommodations for employees who are coming from out-of-state for one night on May 14, 2026. 

Rooms will be at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington. Please confirm your intent to stay as part of your registration. Registrations requesting hotel accommodations must be submitted by April 23, 2026.  

Additional hotel accommodations may be booked at your own expense.

The hotel does not offer a shuttle from the airport. For those traveling to the event, we recommend you use a transportation service such as Uber/Lyft.
