- Admission is free!
- Employees can register up to three guests of any age.
- On-site registrations will not be available. Register early to secure your spot, as space is limited.

Participation in this event is voluntary. Attendance is not required as part of your job duties. Employees are responsible for arranging any necessary time off with their leader and in accordance with applicable company policies, collective bargaining agreements, and local laws.

How do I get from the Honolulu (HNL) Airport to the Waikiki Shell?
Round-trip shuttle transportation is provided from HNL Airport to the Waikiki Shell. *Employees must present their Hawaiian/ Alaska Airlines company ID to use the shuttle.
Scheduled departures every 15 minutes:
- HNL Airport pickup/ drop-off at the Group Tour area, before Lobby 4 on the green curb between 3:45 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Waikiki Shell pickup/ drop-off location in front of the Box Office between 5:45 PM and 10:30 PM.

No, parking is not included in the ticket but there is plenty of on-site parking available at the Waikiki Shell, primarily at the Honolulu Zoo lot and around Kapiolani Park. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are limited, so arriving early is strongly recommended to secure a spot. Alternative transportation options, such as rideshare or public transit (e.g., city bus), are also viable due to the venue’s accessible location. Limited handicap parking is available, and guests requiring ADA accommodations should contact the box office in advance.

No matter where you sit, the Waikiki Shell’s incredible sound and island atmosphere make every seat a good one. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Employees will have access to sit anywhere, but the public is only allowed to sit on the lawn. Wristbands will be provided to differentiate our private event participants.
