I hereby grant permission to Alaska Air Group to use and incorporate my name, likeness, image and voice (alone or together with other audio, visual or video materials) derived from any photographs, video footage or other recordings that are taken during the Alaska Air Group event. If I am bringing one or more guests to the event, I represent that my guests have agreed to grant the same permission to Alaska Air Group on their behalf, and hereby grant such permission.
