FAQ

Requirements for All Groups

To ensure we accommodate as many youth as possible, groups are asked to maintain at least a 3:1 youth-to-chaperone ratio. All adults must be registered for security purposes. Thank you for your adherence to this request.

Adults may attend in a chaperone capacity. The Scouting American (Scouts BSA) and Girl Scouts need at least two chaperones per troop. All other youth groups will need at least 3 youths for every adult. Please do not add more adults than what is required. We realize this event is just as fun for adults, but our goal is to prioritize registration for youth in our communities.

If you are affiliated with one of the groups below, please contact your designated representative to register.
