We are excited to have your participation as an exhibitor for this year’s Aviation Day! Please register yourself and everyone from your group, via the form below. Reminder emails will be sent two weeks prior to the event. We ask that you kindly update participant names as needed and provide as much notice as possible should your group be unable to participate.

Event location: Your table will be in the Alaska Airlines Hangar, located at: 1 Alaska Service Rd, SeaTac, WA 98158.  

Event Hours: 

• Check-in/Set Up – 7:30am – 8:45am
• Doors Open – 9:00am
• Lunch – 11:00am – 2:00pm (available in the old hangar area)
• Event ends – 4:00pm

Parking: There is no parking allowed at the Hangar building. Parking will be available at the Flight Training Center building, located at 2651 S 192nd Street, SeaTac, WA 98188. We ask that you park in the northernmost spots (away from the building), within the parking lot.

Supply drop-off: You may drive to the Hangar first to drop off supplies for your table. Once your drop off is complete, please proceed to the Flight Training Center to park. There will be a company van on a continuous loop between the parking lot and the Hangar.

End of Day: The event concludes at 4:00pm and participants will begin to depart around 3:30pm. When you’re ready to pack up for the day, the company van will take you back to your car and you can drive back to the Hangar to load up supplies.

Attendees: Our event is available for youth between the ages of 11-18. We’re anticipating a great turnout this year of up to 1,600 youth.

When selecting courses the system will not let you select overlapping times, nor will it allow you to select more than one time for any particular event. If you are unable to click the time you desire, please check that it is not overlapping with another course you have selected for this youth, or their lunch time. 

Each course has a capacity, and all time slots are first-come, first-served.
